RSBYL-1000 series are used for various measurement and control tests and processing of engine performance specially conducted for diesel engine, gasoline engine, manufacturers and scientific research units, repairing industry and other industries. The series can complete the tests such as engine load characteristic, speed characteristic, speed governing characteristic and hot and cold shock. Control and measure various types of parameters such as the engine speed, torque, power, fuel and gas consumption, temperature, pressure and flow rate.
RSBYL-1000 measurement and control instrument adopts digital incremental voltage to control engine speed/torque and the undisturbed switching control. Liquid crystal display of measurement parameters makes the operability of measurement and control instrument and the control stability of the engine speed/torque greatly improved. The data acquisition system of ZMP-E engine system adopts the internationally popular CAN field bus communication protocol and modular design technology. The signals output by a variety of different sensors are collected to the CAN intelligent module, adjusted into precise digital signals and transmitted through the bus network, which allows several sets of control systems to form a local area network convenient for centralized management.
