Automatic Comprehensive Transformer Routine Testing Equipment for Laboratory or Workshop

Product Description
  • Adopted all data monitoring method according to the related international standard,the accuracy of data is guaranteed by the high precision power analyzer.
  • Primary circuit, secondary loop and interlock system are adopted to protect the system; the equipment is designed with split type; primary circuit and secondary control circuit are designed separately in the control unit to improve the security of tester and the product.
  • The system uses the three meter method (4P3W), instrument transformer includes six independent systems of 0.05class, which greatly improve the stability and precision of the test.
  • In the case of step-up testing, as the induction voltage regulator is driven by both the motor and turbine, it is hard to control test voltage accurately in the process of regulating, especially in the power frequency,withstand voltage test and no-load test because of the inertia force. We adopt the frequency control method that the motor speed can be adjusted, which greatly improve the work efficiency and the accuracy of test data.
  • Wave analysis test can also be done with transformer by this system. (Power analyzer have this function).

1)Can meet the capacity of 63000KvA, 110Kv and below the oil-immersed transformer (including S9 S11 S13 and amorphous alloy transformer);
2) It can meet the capacity of 31500KvA, 35Kv and below dry-type transformers;
3) Mine explosion-proof transformers that can meet capacity of 6300KvA, 10Kv and below;

4) Special transformer (need to inform detailed capacity and voltage level when ordering).
