RSBTT is according with the relevant standards such as IEC 60076, IEC 61558-1 and so on.
The measuring device is controlled by the high-grade single chip microcomputer (SCM), with the digital display, the no load, short circuit and other test data synchronously also sampled by the SCM. It is avoid separately reading the voltmeter, ammeter and power meter in the traditional test methods and causing error due to manual computation.
1. This system adopts the whole computer operation, at the same time retains the manual operation function. It may complete the test on the mouse or the touch screen. After testing the data automatically upload and create the test report. People only need to input the data number for the original data inquiry, then automatically call up the data;
2. The data monitoring adopts the international standard full data monitoring (all parameters and vector map shows on the same screen). It adopts the high-precision power analyzer to measure, which guarantees the accuracy of the data. This analyzer is independently developed and produced by our company. And it has been successfully operated in the national transformer quality testing center for two years;
3. The protection of the system adopts multiple protections such as software,hardware and system interlock. The machine body is designed in a split style, and the control part is designed with primary and secondary control lines separately, which greatly improves the safety of the test personnel and the tested products;
4. The system adopts three-meter method (3P3W) test principle. The transformer is three single phase independent systems of class 0.05, and cooperate with automatic shift system. It can realize one and two electric automatic shifting. It is designed and manufactured by our factory under the guidance of the famous measurement (transformer) expert of the national high voltage metering station. By using dry vacuum pouring, no partial discharge process, which has greatly improved the stability and testing precision. (At present, two transformers are used in the market, and only measuring by two-meter method);
5. In the case of test voltage boost, as the induction voltage regulator is driven by motor and worm gear. There is a lot of inertia in the process of voltage regulation, especially in the work frequency withstand voltage and no-load test. The test voltage is difficult to control accurately. Our company adopts frequency conversion speed regulation, the speed of the motor can be adjusted at will. The work efficiency and accuracy of test data are greatly improved;
