In the middle of January 2020, the client came to our company again to inspect the equipment. The company's foreign trade department colleagues, R&D director YunMing Wu and other technical staff warmly received the visiting customer, and on the current stage of the company's development, core product technology update, after-sales support, in the customer's local typical cases for a detailed introduction.

During the visit, although it has been close to the Chinese lunar New Year holiday, but has worked overtime for several days of technical, installation personnel without slight and perfunctoriness, still with full working attitude, carefully explained to the customer their order of complete sets of equipment every key link; In addition, when the customer proposed appropriate operation requirements and hoped that the software could realize its detection function, our company's technology and installation colleagues solved the hardware and software changes and updates within one day and completed the communication experiment; The customer was deeply surprised by our company's quick response and the final effect achieved, he shook hands with colleagues involved in the project and expressed his gratitude.

After our best try, we finally finished all the work before the holiday on 18th, packed the finished products on the same day, and caught the last voyage to ship to the port .

Before the client left Wuhan, he repeatedly said that since the cooperation with us, "Good Luck" had been blessing him. When we told him that "18" was an auspicious number in China, on the basis of "win-win", it also meant that both companies would have a chance to become rich together in 2020, the client started the journey back to China with a satisfied smile.
